Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be initiated in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product not delivered
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images (if applicable).
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
